A native of New Orleans, Elaine Rellihan attended high school in Baltimore and eventually moved to coastal Delaware later in life. She obtained her Delaware real estate license in 2006 and became a member of Barrows and Associates in May 2021. Specializing in home sales throughout Delaware's coastal region, she and her husband live in Rehoboth Beach, where she enjoys gardening, going to the beach and spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren.

Originally from New Orleans and raised in Baltimore, Elaine has called coastal Delaware home for many years. She earned her Delaware real estate license in 2006 and joined Barrows & Associates in 2021, bringing a wealth of experience and local knowledge to her clients. 

Elaine specializes in home sales throughout coastal Delaware, helping buyers and sellers navigate the Delaware beach real estate market with confidence and care. Her deep appreciation for the Delaware beach lifestyle shines through in every client relationship. 

When she's not assisting clients, Elaine enjoys gardening, relaxing on the beach, and spending quality time with her family in the community of Rehoboth Beach which she proudly calls home.
